App Description
DeltaBody is a body composition tracking app that reads and writes health data through Apple HealthKit. The app is provided free of charge. All features are available without payment.
In-App Purchases
DeltaBody offers optional one-time contributions and auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) to support development. These are entirely voluntary and do not unlock additional features.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iOS Settings under „Subscriptions“.
• No refunds are provided for the current subscription period after purchase.
Health Data
DeltaBody accesses Apple HealthKit data solely to display body composition trends. Health data is never used for advertising, data mining, or sold to third parties. The app does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or health advice of any kind.
Medical Disclaimer
DeltaBody is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Body composition data displayed in the app is for informational purposes only. Do not make health decisions based solely on data from this app. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Accuracy
We strive to display your data accurately, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information shown in the app. Data depends on the measurements you or your devices record in Apple Health.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of DeltaBody are owned by Kenneth Weber. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Limitation of Liability
DeltaBody is provided „as is“ without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kenneth Weber shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
